Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted academic and pastoral support to individual pupils and small groups across primary phases.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining a stimulating and organised learning environment, including resource creation.
* Support the implementation of tailored learning plans, adapting strategies to meet diverse pupil needs, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Facilitate positive behaviour management strategies, promoting a calm and focused atmosphere for all learners.
* Contribute to ongoing pupil assessments by providing insightful observations to the teaching staff.
* Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times, adhering to school policies and procedures.

About You
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
* Exhibit an adaptable and resilient approach to varied classroom situations and pupil needs.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting children's development and contributing to their educational success.
* Be proactive and resourceful, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
