Join an innovative school located in Buckinghamshire, South East England, where you will provide vital SEN Teaching Assistant support within a nurturing primary setting. This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), delivering tailored assistance both 1:1 and within small groups. You will play a crucial part in supporting children with diverse complex learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. We are seeking dedicated individuals for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions. An attractive daily rate of £90 - £115 is offered, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Implement personalised learning plans and strategies to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Assist with the development and review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.
* Adapt learning materials and activities to cater to varying abilities and needs.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Previous experience working with pupils who have complex learning needs, such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, is highly valued.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* An ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different situations and individual pupil needs is fundamental.
* You are committed to promoting a positive and nurturing educational experience for every child.
* Experience in assisting with the implementation of EHCPs would be highly advantageous.
