About the Role
This role involves working as a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher within a supportive secondary school environment. This position offers flexible daily supply and short-term assignments, covering a variety of adapted curriculum areas across diverse specialist SEN settings. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a range of adapted secondary curriculum subjects.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Tailor teaching approaches to meet the diverse individual needs of students with SEN.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance student learning outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to their ongoing development.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and class dynamics during various assignments.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience working within a secondary SEN setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, promoting a calm and productive learning environment.
* You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied school contexts and new challenges.
* You possess a strong understanding of diverse learning styles and differentiated instruction strategies.
* You are immediately available for daily supply and short-term teaching opportunities.
