Key Responsibilities
* Implement structured routines and consistent boundaries to promote pupil independence.
* Deliver targeted sensory strategies to support pupils' regulation and engagement.
* Facilitate effective communication using appropriate aids and techniques.
* Assist pupils with their academic learning across various primary subjects.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and SENCO to monitor pupil progress.
* Foster a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Conditions, preferably within a primary school setting.
* You show exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
* You are skilled at adapting communication methods to suit individual pupil needs.
* You are a proactive and collaborative team member, eager to contribute to a supportive staff community.
* You hold relevant qualifications or have undertaken training related to SEN support.
