Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to the individual needs of primary pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources effectively to support a variety of learning styles and abilities.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil welfare and academic progress.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively and positively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere.
* Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous development.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking diverse experience.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with primary-aged children with special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong rapport quickly.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in varied school environments and with different provisions.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting every child's potential.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
