About the Role

You will be instrumental in delivering an adapted curriculum, fostering progress for pupils within small, supportive group settings. We are considering various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. Remuneration for this vital role ranges from £150 to £250 per day, reflecting the expertise required.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an engaging and differentiated curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement effective teaching strategies for pupils with a diverse range of complex learning challenges.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil outcomes.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* You have demonstrable experience working effectively with secondary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs.
* An ability to skillfully differentiate and adapt the curriculum to meet diverse learning styles is essential.
* You are genuinely passionate about making a significant difference to the lives of vulnerable learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable strong collaboration with colleagues and families.
* You display resilience, patience, and a creative approach to problem-solving in the classroom.
