This pivotal role involves providing essential cover across various primary key stages, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils. You will have the flexibility to undertake daily, short-term, long-term, or even permanent placements, immersing yourself in diverse school environments. We offer a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with an immediate start available for dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons tailored to various age groups.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all pupils.
* Adhere strictly to the individual policies and safeguarding procedures of each school.
* Adapt swiftly to different school structures, curricula, and classroom dynamics.
* Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to relevant staff as required.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Demonstrate proven experience of successfully teaching across primary key stages.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and effective behavioural strategies.
* Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to new teaching assignments.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
