About the Role
Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Teacher seeking a role that offers significant variety and impact across different year groups? A dynamic school is currently seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their supportive team. This engaging opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality teaching across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, playing a crucial part in pupil development whilst ensuring continuity of learning during teachers' planning time.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Implement the school's curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in various classrooms.
• Assess pupil progress informally and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with year group teams and other staff members.
• Manage classroom behaviour positively, ensuring a safe and inclusive space.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant teaching degree.
• Demonstrate experience teaching across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to behaviour.
• Be highly adaptable and able to quickly establish rapport with different classes.
• Show a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in all pupils.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
