An exceptional school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary setting. This critical role involves providing vital support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a specialist SEN primary environment. You will work closely with children experiencing complex learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, both on a one-to-one basis and within small group interventions. We are offering flexible contract options, from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent opportunities, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one support for pupils with EHCPs.
* Facilitate small group learning sessions designed for specific needs.
* Assist children with complex learning difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
* Support the class teacher in creating an an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Help implement individual education
