About the Role
A respected primary school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team. This rewarding position offers the chance to provide essential general classroom support and focused assistance for pupils with Special Educational Needs, contributing significantly to their learning journey. Various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and potential permanent roles, are available with an immediate start, offering competitive daily rates of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with SEN.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the teacher.
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil independence throughout the school day.

About You
* Possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning.
* Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective teamwork.
* Exhibit a patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to your daily duties.
* Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
