Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to individual pupils and small groups during learning activities.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and maintaining an organised classroom.
* Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Support children with special educational needs (SEN), adapting approaches to meet diverse requirements.
* Observe and accurately report on children's progress and achievements to the class teacher.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development amongst pupils throughout the school day.
About You
* You possess a genuine enthusiasm for early years education and child development.
* Demonstrable experience working with children within an EYFS setting is essential.
* An understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice is required.
* You are a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to show initiative and adapt to the dynamic needs of young children is key.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is paramount.
