Key Responsibilities
• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children under your care.
• Assist with daily routines, including snack times, meal supervision, and personal care.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues.
• Observe and accurately record children's progress and achievements, contributing to assessments.
• Engage children in a wide range of creative and educational play-based activities.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting young children's holistic development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for various stakeholders.
• Exhibit a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
• Be proactive and adaptable, thriving within a dynamic early years environment.
• Hold relevant experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or similar setting.
• Understand the critical importance of safeguarding and promoting welfare.
