About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Nursery Assistant at an inclusive school, ready to start as soon as possible, playing a pivotal role in nurturing the crucial early development of young learners across various contract types. This role involves supporting children's foundational learning and well-being within a vibrant early years setting, contributing to their growth and engagement. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and stimulating environment for every child, adapting your support to meet individual needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that support children's holistic development.
* Support children with their daily routines, including mealtimes, play, and personal care.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised learning environment for all pupils.
* Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with colleagues to inform future planning.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
* Champion safeguarding practices, ensuring the welfare of all children is paramount.

* You possess a genuine passion for fostering children's early learning journeys.
* You demonstrate relevant experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
