Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to the class teacher in daily lessons and activities.
* Assist pupils individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and build confidence.
* Help prepare and organise engaging learning resources and maintain classroom displays.
* Support the implementation of individual education plans for pupils with special educational needs.
* Promote positive behaviour management strategies and a stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Supervise pupils during breaks, lunchtimes, and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's education and holistic development.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
* Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Hold relevant experience working with primary-aged children in a school setting (desirable).
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to classroom support and problem-solving.
* Have a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for every child.
