About the Role
This is a superb opportunity for a dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join a highly regarded school. We are seeking an inspiring educator to contribute to a thriving secondary department on a long-term, permanent contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds, delivering engaging DT lessons from September or sooner. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Design and Technology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Develop and implement creative schemes of work that inspire pupil curiosity and practical skills.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and achievement in DT.
* Contribute to the extra-curricular life of the department and wider school community.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold high standards of pupil conduct.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to embark on a fulfilling journey.
* A strong passion for Design and Technology, with the ability to convey this enthusiasm to pupils.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across key stages.
* Committed to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative team.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* A genuine dedication to ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential.
