Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Assist pupils in developing essential emotional regulation skills.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils into the wider curriculum.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to create bespoke learning plans.
* Foster a nurturing and positive environment conducive to pupil well-being and progress.
About You
* Possess proven experience working with young people with SEMH or similar special educational needs.
* Demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
* Be proactive in identifying and addressing pupil needs effectively.
