About the Role
An inclusive school in Hertfordshire is seeking a dynamic Secondary Supply Teacher to join their vibrant educational community. This flexible opportunity involves providing essential cover across various secondary schools within the Hertfordshire region, adapting to diverse classroom environments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning for students, covering a range of subjects as needed. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with scope for daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even potential permanent contracts. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator available to start as soon as possible, bringing valuable expertise to classrooms throughout the area.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various subjects and age groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment.
* Follow school policies and procedures diligently.
* Provide clear instructions and support to students as they complete their work.
* Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere in every classroom.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Have recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied school environments.
* Show a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and fostering student progress.
* Maintain a professional demeanour and commitment to safeguarding.
