Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative and engaging Design & Technology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute actively to the collaborative ethos of the Design & Technology department.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning space.
* Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners, promoting individual growth.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Design & Technology and its practical application.
* Inspire pupils with innovative teaching methods and a commitment to their success.
* Maintain high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
* Show a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
* Be adept at creating a stimulating and supportive learning atmosphere for all.
