Key Responsibilities
• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task with pre-set work.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, upholding the school's positive conduct policies.
• Facilitate a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Respond to pupil queries and provide appropriate support where necessary.
• Report on pupil progress and any significant incidents to relevant staff members.
• Familiarise yourself with school policies and procedures to ensure consistent application.
