Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Cultivate a stimulating and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages pupil participation.
* Accurately assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the quality of departmental teaching and resources.
* Actively contribute to the school's broader life, including extracurricular offerings.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in Mathematics.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Maths and motivating secondary-aged pupils.
* Exhibit outstanding classroom management abilities and effective communication skills.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Show a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
* Applications are warmly invited from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers at MPS/UPS levels.
