We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a exceptional school in the South East, specifically within the Buckinghamshire region. This exciting opportunity offers various contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position, starting immediately. You will play a crucial role in supporting the foundational learning and development of young children within the Early Years Foundation Stage, contributing to an engaging and nurturing environment. The daily rate for this rewarding role is between £95 and £110, reflecting your valuable contribution to children's early education.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to children across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
* Assist in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment indoors and outdoors.
* Support individual children and small groups, including those with special educational needs.
* Collaborate effectively with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging activities.
* Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their developmental assessments.
* Help manage classroom resources and ensure a tidy and organised space.
About You
* You possess previous experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
* You have a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are patient, creative, and have a proactive approach to supporting learning.
* You are adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
* You hold relevant qualifications or training for a Teaching Assistant role.
