This position offers flexible contract options including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent arrangements, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Adapt curriculum content and teaching methods for students with complex learning difficulties.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
* Conduct ongoing assessment of pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and other professionals to maximise pupil outcomes.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) where appropriate.
