About the Role
Join a dynamic school in Berkshire seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher for secondary aged pupils. This role involves delivering an adapted curriculum to students with complex learning needs within supportive small group settings. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator ready to make a significant impact on pupil progress and well-being. This position offers flexible contract options including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent arrangements, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Adapt curriculum content and teaching methods for students with complex learning difficulties.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
* Conduct ongoing assessment of pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and other professionals to maximise pupil outcomes.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) where appropriate.
