About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a respected primary school, offering invaluable support to pupils with special educational needs. This fulfilling role involves working closely with children to foster their learning and development within a vibrant educational setting. Opportunities are available for immediate starts, encompassing various contract types from daily supply and short-term engagements to long-term placements and permanent positions, providing flexibility and stability. You will be instrumental in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every child can thrive, contributing significantly to their academic and personal growth, with a daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with diverse special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and educational strategies.
* Encourage pupils' engagement and participation in classroom activities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other school professionals to track progress.
* Support pupils in developing essential social and emotional skills.
