This exciting opportunity invites a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to support a range of mainstream schools across the Wokingham area in Berkshire, South East England. You will step into diverse classroom environments, providing essential cover supervision and teaching support across various subjects, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a significant impact on student progress daily, whether through short-term assignments, daily supply bookings, or more extended long-term placements, with potential pathways to permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources to secondary school pupils.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the classroom.
* Manage pupil behaviour proactively and in line with school policies.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
* Communicate effectively with school staff regarding pupil progress and any issues.
* Uphold the highest professional standards during all engagements.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable experience as a highly effective Cover Supervisor in a secondary setting.
* You are highly adaptable and thrive in varied school environments.
* You have excellent classroom management skills and a strong presence.
* You can build positive rapport quickly with both pupils and staff.
* You are reliable, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
* You hold a genuine passion for education and fostering student development.
