Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, challenging, and engaging Science lessons across key stages.
• Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and attainment of all pupils.
• Inspire students to develop a deep curiosity and understanding of scientific principles.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a rich and balanced Science curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Participate in departmental meetings and wider school activities, promoting a collaborative spirit.
About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Science.
• You have a strong subject knowledge across the Science disciplines, with the ability to teach up to Key Stage 4.
• You are passionate about teaching and committed to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
• You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a love of learning.
• You are a collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
