About the Role

You will be instrumental in ensuring educational continuity, supporting pupils as they engage with diverse learning materials.

Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all students.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources across a range of subjects to groups of secondary school pupils.
• Maintain student engagement with set tasks, providing support and encouragement where necessary.
• Adhere diligently to school policies and procedures, including those for safeguarding and behaviour management.
• Report any significant issues or concerns regarding student welfare or behaviour to the appropriate staff member.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision throughout the school day.

• Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to command respect from secondary school students.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Show adaptability and flexibility, thriving in a varied and fast-paced school environment.
