This pivotal role involves providing targeted support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring every child achieves their full potential. We are open to discussions for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contract types, offering flexibility for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in closing attainment gaps and building confidence in learners with diverse educational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver tailored intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Monitor and track pupil progress rigorously, adapting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate support with classroom learning.
* Implement engaging and varied teaching methodologies to address specific learning needs.
* Provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and staff on developmental milestones.
* Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions and pupil achievements.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong pedagogical understanding.
* Possess proven experience delivering effective primary intervention across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse learning requirements.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage all stakeholders.
* Be adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic educational environment.
