About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an inspirational Intervention Teacher to join their primary team immediately. This pivotal role involves providing targeted support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring every child achieves their full potential. We are open to discussions for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contract types, offering flexibility for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in closing attainment gaps and building confidence in learners with diverse educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver tailored intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Monitor and track pupil progress rigorously, adapting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate support with classroom learning.
* Implement engaging and varied teaching methodologies to address specific learning needs.
* Provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and staff on developmental milestones.
* Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions and pupil achievements.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong pedagogical understanding.
* Possess proven experience delivering effective primary intervention across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse learning requirements.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage all stakeholders.
* Be adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic educational environment.
* Show a robust commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
