Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a productive learning atmosphere by effectively managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Facilitate independent learning and address immediate student queries within the classroom.
• Accurately report on student participation and any significant incidents to relevant staff members.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and staff.
• Demonstrate strong behavioural management techniques and the ability to maintain a calm, authoritative presence.

• Be resilient and resourceful, able to think on your feet and respond effectively to challenges.
• Previous experience in an educational or supervisory capacity within a secondary setting is highly desirable.
