You will be instrumental in nurturing curiosity, supporting individual pupil progress, and cultivating a safe, stimulating atmosphere for children in their very first steps within education.
Key Responsibilities
* • Deliver engaging support for phonics, literacy, and numeracy activities across the EYFS curriculum.
* • Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment for all young pupils, promoting their social and emotional growth.
* • Provide one-to-one and small group assistance, including tailored support for children with special educational needs.
* • Support the lead teacher in preparing imaginative resources and maintaining an organised, stimulating classroom.
* • Observe and accurately report on pupil progress, contributing valuable insights to assessment records.
* • Uphold robust safeguarding practices and consistently promote pupil welfare and safety at all times.
About You
* • Possess relevant experience supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage or primary school setting.
* • Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood development and the intricacies of young learning.
* • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children,
