We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join an exceptional school in Buckinghamshire. This vital role involves covering classes across various adapted curriculum areas within specialist secondary SEN settings, supporting pupils with diverse needs on a daily supply and short-term basis. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to meet the specific needs of pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies effectively to align with individual learning plans and varying abilities.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting a safe, respectful, and focused learning atmosphere for all.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other school staff to ensure cohesive and integrated pupil support.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress, engagement, and developmental milestones.
* Maintain a stimulating and supportive educational environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a mandatory requirement for this position.
* You possess proven experience working effectively with secondary-aged pupils who have Special Educational Needs.
