About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a progressive school in a vibrant primary setting. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, challenging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and high expectations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
* Engage with parents and carers, ensuring open communication regarding pupil achievement.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil development.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills, fostering a calm and productive learning space.
* Be highly organised, adaptable, and able to respond positively to new challenges.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Have an inclusive approach, ensuring every child can achieve their full potential.
