About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a flourishing school in Buckinghamshire, supporting pupils across diverse secondary SEN settings. This role offers the flexibility of daily supply and short-term assignments, covering adapted curriculum areas and providing vital support where it is most needed. You will play an essential part in ensuring continuity of learning for pupils with special educational needs, contributing positively to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across various adapted curriculum areas.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse special educational needs requirements.
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and fellow colleagues.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively and proactively.
* Provide consistent cover for absent teachers, ensuring educational continuity.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement.
* Proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils presenting a range of special educational needs.
* Excellent classroom management skills, coupled with a nurturing and empathetic approach.
* The ability to adapt quickly to new school environments and individual pupil needs is crucial.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are highly valued.
* A genuine passion for supporting the educational development and well-being of SEN pupils.
