Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver inspiring French and Spanish lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess student progress accurately, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum and resources.
• Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives to support student welfare.
• Utilise diverse teaching methodologies to engage students with language acquisition.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, specialising in French and Spanish.
• Possess a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and their cultural significance.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.
• Be a highly motivated individual, eager to contribute positively to a vibrant school community.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first role, or an experienced educator ready for a new challenge.
