About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a well-established primary school in the vibrant Hertfordshire area. This fulfilling opportunity involves providing essential support across various classrooms, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all pupils. You will be instrumental in assisting with general classroom activities and offering targeted support for students with Special Educational Needs. We are open to discussions for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning tasks.
* Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and social development.
* Help create and organise stimulating classroom resources.
* Facilitate the inclusion of all children, adapting activities as required.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and nurturing educational environment.

About You
* You possess prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
* You are patient, adaptable, and possess a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
* You can work effectively as part of a team and also show initiative when needed.
* You are committed to upholding high standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
* You are eager to contribute positively to a vibrant school community.
