We offer flexible contract options including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, providing a competitive daily salary ranging from £95 to £110 for your valuable contributions.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct and engaging support to children across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in the preparation and delivery of stimulating learning activities.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe, organised, and inspiring classroom environment.
* Support individual pupils and small groups, adapting approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
* Prepare and manage a variety of educational resources and classroom displays.
* Accurately monitor and record children's progress, sharing observations with the teaching team.

About You
* Possess relevant experience working effectively within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for fostering children's early development and well-being.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced and rewarding educational environment.
* Display a patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
* Be committed to inclusive practices, including supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
