Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-set work and instructions clearly to secondary students across different subjects.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring student welfare and safety at all times.
• Provide appropriate support to students, addressing questions and encouraging engagement with learning tasks.
• Liaise promptly with teaching staff regarding any issues or concerns arising during lessons.
• Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere that encourages student participation and respect for learning.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for education and supporting young people's development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students and staff.
• Exhibit strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to classroom management.
• Remain resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and varied educational setting.
• Hold previous experience working with secondary-aged students, ideally in an educational capacity.
• Committed to continuous professional learning and keen to take on new challenges.
