Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively to diverse secondary age groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students as required.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff and adhere to school policies.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and conduct at all times.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate proven experience working with secondary school pupils.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied school environments.
• Hold a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging educational experience.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have an enhanced DBS check on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
