About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant early years team, contributing to an enriching and nurturing environment for our youngest learners. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in children's foundational development, fostering their curiosity and growth through engaging activities and compassionate care. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and stimulating atmosphere where every child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to explore their potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the daily care, supervision, and well-being of children within the nursery setting.
• Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities and play opportunities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organised environment that promotes learning and development.
• Help children with personal care routines, including meal times and toileting.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
• Contribute to observations and record-keeping related to children's progress and development.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and childcare.
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ).
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Exhibit a patient, kind, and nurturing approach with an understanding of child development.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as a valued member of a team.
• Committed to upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of all children.
