We are looking for candidates interested in long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, with an immediate start available, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH challenges.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies consistently and calmly.
* Encourage pupils to develop robust emotional regulation skills.
* Facilitate a smooth and positive reintegration into classroom learning.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.

About You
* Demonstrable experience supporting young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport effectively.
