About the Role
An innovative school is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our nurturing early years team. This vital role involves supporting the development and well-being of our youngest learners within a vibrant and engaging environment. We are looking for individuals available for immediate starts, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, and even permanent contracts, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Foster a stimulating and secure environment for all children.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
* Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their developmental journeys.
* Support children with their personal care needs in a respectful manner.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive team atmosphere.
* Communicate positively with parents and carers regarding daily updates.
