Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-prepared lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
* Skillfully manage classroom behaviour to foster a respectful and productive learning environment.
* Ensure all students remain focused on their assigned tasks and contribute positively to lessons.
* Provide clear instructions and respond effectively to student questions during independent work.
* Diligently uphold all school policies, especially concerning safeguarding and student welfare.
* Confidently report any significant student progress or behavioural concerns to the appropriate staff.
About You
* You possess proven experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.
* Your behaviour management strategies are robust and consistently effective in diverse classroom situations.
* You are highly adaptable, able to step into new teaching environments and manage unfamiliar topics with confidence.
