About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for your subject and the ability to ignite curiosity in students.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes, or a clear potential to do so as an Early Career Teacher.
• Possess outstanding classroom management skills and the ability to build strong rapport with pupils.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
• An organised and proactive team player, eager to contribute to a collaborative department.
