About the Role
Join a supportive school in the Windsor area, deeply committed to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment for all learners. We are seeking a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to become a valued member of our specialist provision, supporting primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties. This long-term, permanent opportunity, starting as soon as possible, offers a deeply rewarding experience, contributing significantly to the daily lives and development of our wonderful pupils. The daily rate for this essential role ranges from £95 to £120, reflecting the importance of your contribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct, one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care routines, ensuring dignity and comfort for all pupils.
* Implement sensory stimulation activities and engagement strategies tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and therapists to deliver bespoke therapy programmes effectively.
* Support the creation of an accessible and stimulating learning environment.
* Promote effective communication and social interaction among pupils.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* You have previous experience working within an SEN setting, ideally with PMLD.
* You are patient, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills to engage with pupils and staff.
* You are confident in providing personal care and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
* You are a proactive team player, eager to contribute positively to a vibrant school community.
