Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging English lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess student progress rigorously and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement.
• Contribute to the development of exciting curriculum materials and resources.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, nurturing their personal development.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in English.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject and the ability to convey this to students.
• Show a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for all.
• Be an excellent communicator, capable of inspiring and motivating young people.
• Exhibit a collaborative spirit, eager to work effectively within a team.
• Dedicated to continuous professional development and personal growth.
