Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Create an inspiring, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to early years development.
• Accurately assess and record children’s progress, identifying next steps for individual growth.
• Foster positive and proactive relationships with parents and carers, promoting strong home-school partnerships.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to support all children's needs.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote the welfare of every child in your care.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching in a Reception class.
• Hold a genuine passion for early years education and a deep understanding of child development.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with children, families, and colleagues.
• Demonstrate an innovative and adaptable approach to teaching, inspiring curiosity and a love for learning.
• Show a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
• Be dedicated to your own professional growth and open to collaborative learning opportunities.
