Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and tasks set by the absent teacher effectively.

* Provide appropriate support and guidance to students with their learning activities.
* Report on student progress, attendance, and any notable incidents to relevant staff.
* Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students under your supervision.
About You
* Possess prior experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour guidance skills.
* Exhibit strong communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with students and staff.
