Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the implementation of Individual Education Plans and bespoke support strategies.
* Monitor pupil progress effectively, providing regular feedback to class teachers and relevant staff.

* You possess prior experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
