* Observing and accurately documenting children's progress and achievements, identifying areas for growth.
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues and parents to create a cohesive support network.
* Responding proactively to children's individual needs, adapting approaches to foster positive outcomes.
About You
* A genuine passion for early years education and a deep understanding of child development.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting is essential.
