About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Secondary Supply Teacher to support a ambitious school in the Hoddesdon area. We are seeking dedicated educators capable of delivering engaging lessons across various subjects as a Teacher or Cover Supervisor. This versatile role offers opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and even permanent positions for the right candidate. You will play a crucial part in maintaining educational continuity, earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various secondary subjects.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures at all times.
* Adapt quickly to new classrooms and diverse student needs.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies consistently.
* Collaborate with departmental staff to ensure student progress.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within a secondary setting.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils across multiple key stages.
* Exhibit outstanding classroom management and organisational abilities.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible to meet varying school requirements and subject needs.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering student learning and development.
* Command excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
