About the Role
A highly regarded school in the Wokingham area of Berkshire is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to support the crucial early learning and development of young children within a nurturing environment. The role offers immediate commencement for the right candidate, with options for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent contracts, providing excellent flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to individual children and small groups within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging learning activities and resources.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Support children with special educational needs, adapting approaches as necessary.
* Observe and record children's progress, feeding back to the class teacher effectively.
* Help facilitate smooth transitions throughout the school day and during outdoor play.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Proven experience working with children in an EYFS setting is essential.
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is required.
* Excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with children, staff, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive learning experience for all.
* Relevant qualifications in supporting teaching and learning or childcare (e.g., Level 2 or 3) are highly desirable.
